made-to-order
basis.

Pricing
&
Payment
All
prices
are
listed
in
Canadian
dollars
(CAD)
unless
otherwise
stated.
Applicable
taxes
(GST/QST)
are
calculated
at
checkout
based
on
the
delivery
address.
Prices
are
subject
to
change
at
any
time
prior
to
order
confirmation.
Payment
is
processed
through
Shopify's
secure
checkout.
enfant+numérique
does
not
store
payment
card
information.
5.
Order
Confirmation
&
Cancellation
Orders
are
confirmed
upon
receipt
of
full
payment
and
dispatch
of
a
confirmation
email.
Once
confirmed,
orders
cannot
be
cancelled
or
modified,
as
production
begins
promptly
—
except
as
provided
under
applicable
consumer
protection
legislation,
including
the
right
to
cancel
in
the
event
of
significant
delivery
delay
(see
Section
3).
In
the
event
enfant+numérique
must
cancel
your
order
(e.g.,
due
to
unforeseen
production
issues),
you
will
receive
a
full
refund
within
10
business
days.
6.
International
Orders
&
Customs
For
orders
shipped
outside
Canada,
you
are
solely
responsible
for
all
import
duties,
customs
fees,
taxes,
and
brokerage
charges
levied
by
your
country's
customs
authority.
These
charges
are
outside
our
control
and
cannot
be
predicted.
Failure
to
pay
customs
fees
may
result
in
your
order
being
returned
or
destroyed.
enfant+numérique
is
not
liable
for
orders
lost,
seized,
or
destroyed
due
to
customs
non-compliance.
We
will
provide
accurate
customs
documentation
and
tracking
information
for
all
international
shipments.
However,
final
delivery
confirmation
is
determined
by
the
carrier
and
the
destination
country's
customs
authority,
and
enfant+numérique
cannot
guarantee
delivery
timelines
or
outcomes
once
a
package
has
entered
the
customs
process.

Intellectual
Property
All
designs,
graphics,
photographs,
written
content,
brand
marks,
and
product
designs
associated
with
enfant+numérique
are
the
original
work
of
and
remain
the
exclusive
property
of
Tristan
Nadeau.
All
rights
are
reserved.
These
works
are
protected
under
applicable
Canadian
copyright,
trademark,
and
intellectual
property
laws.
No
content
may
be
reproduced,
copied,
distributed,
modified,
or
used
to
create
derivative
works
—
in
whole
or
in
part,
commercially
or
non-commercially
—
without
the
prior
written
consent
of
Tristan
Nadeau.
Unauthorized
use
constitutes
infringement
and
may
result
in
legal
action.

Limitation
of
Liability

operated

sole
proprietorship.

fullest
extent

applicable

amount

loss

misuse

of

third-party
right,
including
intellectual
property

privacy

any
false

misleading

connection

Force
Majeure

shall
not
be
liable
for
any
failure
or
delay
in
performance
resulting
from
causes
beyond
our
reasonable
control,
including
but
not
limited
to:
natural
disasters,
pandemics,
supply
chain
disruptions,
carrier
failures,
power
outages,
government
actions,
civil
unrest,
or
any
other
event
that
makes
performance
commercially
impracticable.
In
such
cases,
we
will
notify
you
as
soon
as
practicable
and
work
in
good
faith
toward
a
resolution,
including
offering
order
cancellation
and
full
refund
where
applicable.
11.
Governing
Law
&
Jurisdiction
These
Terms
&
Conditions
are
governed
by
the
laws
of
the
Province
of
Québec
and
the
federal
laws
of
Canada
applicable
therein.
Any
disputes
shall
be
subject
to
the
jurisdiction
of
the
courts
of
Québec.
For
consumers
located
outside
Québec,
applicable
consumer
protection
legislation
in
your
jurisdiction
may
grant
you
the
right
to
bring
proceedings
before

local
courts.
Nothing
in

limits
such
statutory
rights.

Language

These
Terms

in
both
English
and

In

event
of

conflict
between

two
versions,
the

prevail
for
transactions

consumers,

by
the
