Return & Refund Policy

1. Final Sale No Returns or Exchanges

All sales made through enfant+numérique are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and do not issue refunds based on change of mind, sizing preference, or personal circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

We strongly encourage you to review the size guide and full product description before ordering. If you have questions prior to purchase, contact us we are happy to help.

2. Exception: Defective or Materially Misdescribed Goods

Notwithstanding the above, and in accordance with Québec's Consumer Protection Act (LPCQ) and applicable federal legislation, you are entitled to a remedy if:

The item received is materially defective (damage or flaw originating from manufacture); or
The item received does not correspond to its published description at the time of sale (wrong colorway, wrong product, or significant material deviation).

Québec's legal warranty requires that goods be durable and fit for their normal purpose for a reasonable period, based on the price paid and reasonable consumer expectations. We do not impose a fixed time limit on claims for inherent manufacturing defects; your rights under the legal warranty apply for as long as is reasonable given the nature and price of the garment.

To initiate a defect claim, notify us as soon as reasonably possible upon discovering the issue by emailing contact@enfantnumerique.com with your order number and photographic evidence. Where a claim is validated, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: replacement, store credit, or full refund.

This exception does not apply to minor colour variations due to screen calibration, or to issues arising from improper care or handling after delivery.

3. Made-to-Order: Production & Shipping Timelines

Because all items are produced on a made-to-order basis, please allow [insert production window, e.g., 4–6 weeks] for production and preparation before your order ships. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout and are approximate.

If delivery is delayed more than 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date communicated at checkout, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, as provided under Québec's Consumer Protection Act. To exercise this right, contact us at the email below.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage at the time of receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to file a claim.

Under Québec law, the risk of loss for your order remains with enfant+numérique until you have taken physical possession of the goods. If your package is reported undelivered or stolen prior to you physically receiving it including in cases where a carrier has logged a delivery scan contact us and we will assess the situation and work toward a resolution in compliance with our obligations under applicable law.

For orders outside Québec: risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier. We will cooperate with carrier claims processes on your behalf.

5. International Orders: Customs Returns

For international orders returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs or original shipping fees. We may, at our discretion, offer to re-ship at the customer's expense.
